Personal training helps you achieve your fitness goals and is perfect for anyone looking to work on a developing a specific skill, improve their form or increase their strength or fitness. It can take the form of a 1:1 or small group session.

At EM Imperium personal training sessions can be individual or in small groups and will always be tailored to your current fitness/skill level.

  • £40 an hour

  • Block bookings available (payment upfront)
    Block of 10  £330
    Block of 6  £210


Multi-packages (payment upfront)

  • £330 package to be used for 10 sessions made up of 1hr Personal Training sessions and/or 30 min massage sessions (ratio split however you desire)

  • £210 package to be used for 6 sessions made up of 1hr Personal Training sessions and/or 30 min massage sessions (ratio split however you desire)
